Delivery Information

1. Order Placement
   All furniture rental orders must be placed at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the intended delivery date to allow sufficient time for scheduling, preparation, and logistics.

2. Delivery Cost
   The cost of delivery is included in the furniture rental fee. No additional delivery charges will apply unless special arrangements, such as urgent or after-hours delivery, are requested by the tenant.

3. Access and Delivery Arrangements
   The tenant is responsible for arranging access to the property on the scheduled delivery date. This includes ensuring that all necessary permissions, entry codes, parking arrangements, and access routes are available and suitable for delivery personnel.
   Any delays or failed delivery attempts due to lack of access or preparedness may result in additional delivery charges and rescheduling fees.
